The paste production line is a filling host for paste, jam, oil, disinfectant, etc., mainly used for filling glass bottles or plastic bottles with a capacity of 100ml or more. Adopting linear conveying, filling with six or eight pumps according to production capacity. The filling is carried out using a self flowing and pneumatic valve, and the filling head is filled using oil suction or defoaming mechanisms. The filling positioning method adopts computer counting and cylinder positioning. The liquid level of the material bucket is controlled by electronic induction and automatic control to ensure self flow pressure and filling accuracy. This machine has advanced design and compact structure.
